Performance Introduces the
Dana
60 35 Spline Drive Flange Kit
San
Luis Obispo, CA (6/12/07) The Dana 60 35 Spline Drive Flange
Kit by Poly Performance is competition proven and virtually
unbreakable. The drive gears are CNC machined from 4140 chromoly
and heat treated for heavy duty strength and durability. The
Drive Flange Kit replaces existing 35 spline locking hub or
drive gear assemblies, and can be used on Dana 60 front or
rear steer assemblies. The drive gears can be removed, while
the cap can be retained to disengage the axle from the hub.
The kit comes with all stainless steel hardware and Poly Performance
custom gear cover plates.

Drive
gear is retained outward to the cap to keep proper pre-load
on the inner spindle seal when the axle snap ring is
used.
- Cap bolts
are O-ring sealed, containing the oil inside, and protecting
from water contaminants.
- Heavy
Duty full circle spiral retaining rings require no special
tools to remove or install, just a small flat blade screwdriver
or a pick.
- Square
ring cap seal provides more seal area.
